theres a part of me that loves when i panic from anxiety. my heart skips beats and feels like it will shatter my ribcage. im scared when it happens, sweating, dont get me wrong, but it makes me feel like my heart goes to its own beat, makes its own tempo. and it kinda makes me smile.

FREDERICK: I wouldn't say "only" but I believe that a decidedly monogamous relationship should actually BE monogamous.
WARREN: the universe is endless. singularity is unrealistic. and in monogamous relationships, rules and boundaries and limitations are factored in.
and in monogamous relationships there only seems to be two rules; jealousy and trust issues.
since when does love have any of those things? humans are social creatures, and attraction is attraction is attraction. why limit yourself?
besides, all of the relationships that i know of that have lasted the longest in gay relationships---are open relationships.
but---hey, do what you want, because i certainly do. aint no shame.
ME: i agree with that very much so. i dont believe in true love. i think as we learn and grow, our perceptions change and we find a mate to match and join us on that part of our lifes journey maybe even more than one if it comes up, someone to soak in those experinces. its why i dont believe in marriage.
then we change again and find someone, or someones, better suited for how we see the world.
im just saying that for me sex is beautiful, raw, passionate and i feel we should only share it with someone we have feelings for, someone who will appreciate it and reciprocate
i shouldnt say monogamous, just a relationship. no one night stands. thats really what im getting it. youre focused on the "monogamous" part, but is there any gay guy who thinks one night stands and being a whore is wrong? i think im actually fit for an open relationship, theres always a couple men who i can fall for all for different reasons, not just sex.
ME: changing my question: is there any guy who believes that sex should only be in a relationship (monogamy or polygamy), not extranneous and with random unappreciative partners/strangers. thats what im saying.
FREDERICK: Well I don't think anyone who hasn't decided to be monogamous should feel pressure to participate in monogamy.

and to respond to what you said. no. i dont see anything wrong with being as causal/slutty as you want. the only way you can be wrong is if you are consciously doing something un-ethical or not taking care of your body. then its your own baby cryin. its about responsibility.

ok well thank you warren (and frederick) for this constructive chat, changed my views a little. i guess not liking to sleep around was a personal choice and i need to allow other people to do as they please. im such a control freak, need to change that.
i guess im so fearful of things like stds and possibly falling for that person id sleep with that i just want to not deal with it. also maybe cause i live in such a small town and being gay, 'rolls in the hay' just dont present themselves, so maybe thats why i dont do it. i wonder if i would take ther bait if i lived in a bigger area. well like everyone in this world i have a lot to learn about everything. what strange is in everything else im not a prude, i love to push the boundries of morality, make art the people might confuse with pornography. maybe im just a romantic at heart. or maybe i havent had enough relationship experience yet. thats probably it.
